I love feedback and I received a very impassioned request from a member of Loki’s Army to pay tribute to the God of Mischief with some worthy looks that would make anyone kneel to your amazing sense of fashion. When Loki made his first big appearance in the Marvel universe in 1962 his look was kind of odd; it almost seems that he’s wearing a green unitard with a gold scaled bikini over it, not very stylish (click here to see what I mean). It’s safe to say that over the years Loki’s look has certainly improved and while I’m a big fan of classic comic book art we are going to stick to the more recent Loki-look for inspiration. One thing that has remained fairly constant in Loki’s appearance is the gold and green color scheme. For a feminine Loki-look (he does take the form of a woman from time to time) a gold satin bolero paired with an emerald green dress accessorized with some fabulous Loki-inspired accessories and you’ll be ready to create some mischief of your own.

If you want to look more like a soldier in Loki’s army it’s as simple as a pair of black jeans, a dark green blouse, a body harness like the chain/leather one below, and some Loki helmet earrings (safety first). Pair that with a pair of combat boots, a leather arm cuff, and a structured hair style (like a tight bun or ponytail). The best thing about a look like this is that it can be as feminine or masculine as you would like for it to be. With a look like that you’re ready to bring Loki’s message to the people of the world… Though I’m not sure how they’ll take to it.
