Welcome back to Treasury Tuesday! This week I really thought it was fun and necessary to put together a villain theme, because the Mom’s Carving Contest entry deadline is this weekend and in case you didn’t see the post for it, this year’s theme is Villains!
Okay, so, elephant in the room: I haven’t finished my entry for the contest yet! I know, I’m awful. But since you have to make your favorite villain, I had a really hard time picking a subject because I have SO many favorites! And I know I’m not alone, we all have secretly cheered for the bad guy at one time or another. Let’s face it, being good is a key ingredient to a happy ending, but being evil is so much fun in the pop culture world. (I’m not condoning random acts of evil in real life, sorry!) All the bad guys in our favorite comic books, video games, and movies have the better looking costumes, bad ass weapons, and they have way cooler friends (sorry, Robin!).

Aside from the endless options, I did choose one villain for my entry, and I can’t wait to show everyone when it’s all finished. But for now, you’ll just have to browse some Etsy items as proof that sometimes, it’s just good to be bad.
